Launched on 18 July 2025, the Norma'Bus travels around the Cap Nord to bring local residents closer to public and digital services.
Certified by France Services, it assists users with administrative procedures (taxes, pensions, housing, employment, access to rights...) and also offers practical workshops to develop digital skills: introduction to IT, parental support, 3D printing, audiovisual creation...
The vehicle primarily serves the 11 municipalities in the North of Martinique that do not have a France Services office, in partnership with CAF, France Travail, La Poste, MSA, Assurance Maladie, ANTS and Point-Justice.
An interior design designed for practical use
Designed and manufactured in our workshops in Ladon, this mobile counter was conceived as a genuine travelling office, combining efficiency and comfort.
THREE COMPLEMENTARY AREAS:
- An individual meeting area that can be used for appointments with an agent or as a confidential space for video or audio interviews.
- A digital area equipped with two self-service computer stations, tablets, wall-mounted document holders and a notice board.
- A sanitary area with a toilet and washbasin.

On board, there are also many practical facilities: scanner, printer, ergonomic storage space...
The entire vehicle is air-conditioned for everyone's comfort, with high-performance equipment.
Accessibility has been carefully thought out to accommodate all users, including those with reduced mobility. Each space is directly accessible from the outside, while remaining connected to the others by a soundproof door that guarantees confidentiality and ease of movement.
Lastly, an outdoor area shaded by an awning provides a welcoming space for visitors and also offers the possibility of connecting a digital terminal for quick and unrestricted access.
Norma’Bus, a name (in French) that reflects its mission: bringing services closer to everyone
In French, "NORMA’bus" stands for ‘NOrd’ (North), ‘Rapprochement’ (Rapprochement), “Mobilité” (Mobility) and ‘Accès’ (Access).
More than just an acronym, it is a true philosophy: making public services accessible everywhere and to everyone, thanks to a mobile solution that is functional and adapted to the needs of local areas.
