EPICURIS fleet is extending! The Bakery/Pastry training unit has just reached its destination in Belgium.
This mobile unit for bakery, pastry profession training, but also for ice-cream and chocolate making will enable EPICURIS to ensure the training of 9 people in an environment completely comparable with a fixed installation dedicated to this profession.
As well as the specific working furniture in stainless steel, the cooling table, the whisk, the divider/rounder, the kneading machine, the controlled proofing and the 4 decks baking oven, all specific to exercise these professions, the unit is also equipped with a storage chamber, a cold room and a freezing chamber. A washing room with a dishwasher is also part of the arrangements.
Once more, this customized mobile unit is as autonomous as possible thanks to the integration of a locker room and toilets. -FN-
