toutenkamion is currently delivering the first mobile training unit to EPICURIS in Belgium, for the study of cutting domestic ungulates.

This unit dedicated to the simultaneous training of 9 people in butchery work will allow them to progress in an equipped didactic workshop in order to aquire the necessary skills to practice this job.
It makes available a set of clean technical spaces for the various steps of a cutting day (cutting zone with tables and machines, packaging room with weighing scale and vacuum device, washing up room, storage area...) but also a welcoming set to make their activity fully autonomous (changing room, toilet area). -FN-
